Rachel Monk Guitar Tuition
Website to advertise and help manage guitar tuition services.
The Client
Rachel is an experienced guitar teacher and performer. She recently established the need to create an online presence to advertise her tuition services, and came to BrightPie on the recommendation of a fellow guitar tutor.
The Brief
Rachel asked us to create a simple website to advertise her services. The site should be search engine friendly, and allow potential students to find all the required information quickly and efficiently.
In addition to this core functionality, Rachel requested a password protected portion of the site to house selected teaching resources. Individual students would be given a username and password to access this area and to download the resources made available by Rachel.
Our Approach
Using a simple Content Management System (CMS), we designed and built a website that would allow Rachel to upload the information she wanted to share with potential students as easily as possible. We utilised marketing photos provided by the client to provide some graphic interest on each page.
We worked closely with Rachel to decide on a set of suitable domain names to use in order to market the website as effectively as possible. The domains selected reflect the location of her teaching premises, as well as her own name.
The Results
Rachel's tuition business has continued to grow, with new enquiries as a result of her website. The website performs very well for organic search queries relating to guitar tuition in the Colindale area, providing a constant source of free marketing for Rachel.
